Core tasks: Management of a department (pool), management of employees, organizing the execution of pool orders and participation in their processing, contact person for project leaders, customers and suppliers, compilation of results reports, organization and execution of pool-meetings, pool cost controlling

Prerequisite: Management skills, strong interest in organizational requirements, multi-year activity in the pool, knowledge of the analytical methods of the pool, participation in the optimization of analytical methods of the pool, ability to work independently, capacity for teamwork, leadership skills

Training: further training according to individual needs

Career path: with excellent job performance the function will be extended for another period

Exit path: The function which was performed before moving to the pool manager position
