Prerequisite: Management skills, personnel management skills and a keen insight into the requirements of a knowledge organization, multi-year work in the field of tribology, national and international contacts, long-term vision for changes in the professional and economic environment.
Career path: Excellent job performance will lead to an extension of the position for another period.
Exit path: e.g. in the function performed before the start of the management function.
